The worst take out experience ever. After waiting 1.5 hours for my delivery, I called the restuarant to find out what's going on. The restaurant told me the delivery guy would be there shortly (they clearly didn't bother to investigate ). Another 30-40 minutes of waiting, I called the restaurant again and re-urged them to call the delivery guy. Turned out that he had gone and come back from my location (which wasn't true) a long time ago. They offered no explanation for why they didn't call me when the guy came back with the undelivered food. At my urging, they agreed to re-cook and re-deliver. Another 30-40 minutes, I finally got my delivery. The state of the food couldn't have been more pathetic. There was no explanation, no apology, or any indication of any kind of courtesy.

Best Thai delivery in the neighborhood. Well priced, and well spiced. Definitely will continue to order the Massamam curry - I only wish it had more vegetables!

This is the second time ordering from this place. The food was okay, too saucy but okay. This second time my food showed up after ordering TWO HOURS AGO. I called to get a refund when my food was ice cold and was told no. I hung up promptly to call my bank to issue me a refund but I wanted to make it a point to put this review on here for their lack of customer service in resolving an issue.

The food was good, but the delivery was disappointing. Given that weather was not an issue, it took nearly an hour to deliver a small order, and I live nearby. Which might explain why the food was only luke warm when it finally came.

Don't even consider getting your food in less than an hour. Plus you can't call the restaurant because the line is constantly busy. After 1:15hours I finally got through to only be told food is out for delivery. No further explanation. 1.5hours food arrived cold. Btw this wasn't rush hour. I ordered at 6PM. Way before the rush.

Delivery was prompt, about 30 minutes, but the food was not good. I had the mango spring roll appetizer, which was a strange, cold combination of things I could not identify, was impossible to eat by picking up or with a fork, and had virtually no mango in it although it was called a mango spring roll. It tasted like a mouthful of cold noodles. The salmon entree I got was cooked well, but the sauce lacked character, complexity and subtlety.

My boyfriend and I order out almost every night and this is one of our regular "go-to's". I'm a vegetarian and he is a meat eater, and this is one of the few places that we can find options that we both love. I have tried several different dishes and have been happy with them all, and the service is always super quick. The spring rolls from here are the best in the neighborhood!

One of the worse meals I've had since I've been in New York. I had to throw the food out after eating a few bites. You know why this place has an overall rating of 4 stars but still have a significant amount of 1 star ratings....I'm sure you can guess which "customers" must be making the 5 star ratings.

i order Spicy Fried Rice with Chinese Broccoli, the food arrived about a half an hour after my order but the food was very tasty and i enjoyed it alot. i highly recommend this dish to anyone that enjoy flavorful foods

I discovered Breeze during the summer of 2007, when I first moved to New York. I stumbled upon the Thai-French name and had to try it. Since that day, I have literally brought EVERY visitor to New York. Every time, my friends/family tell me that it was the most affordable and tasty meal they've had in New York. Chicken dishes are great, but if you're vegetarian, this is probably the best Thai restaurant for you.

Tried the basil burger and the thai roti appetizer. Both were pretty good but I would stay away from the cilantro mayo condiment.

do not order from this restaurant. It took them an hour and 20 minutes to deliver. when the food arrived it had been spilled in the bag, the drink was cold and I was given a sider order of sticky rice about the size and consistency of a hockey puck. awful

ordinary food made extra ordinary. the Butternut squash ravioli was one of the most unique dishes i have i ever had..highly recommended to all that want to try something new. the Masaman curry is the perfect for anyone that doesnt want anything too spicy but at the same time want some good flavored food. Definitly order all these dishes again!

Wow! Just ordered the Seasoned & Fried Tofu sandwich and it was great! Delivery was fairly quick and the food was hot. The tofu wasn't fried in a greacy way; in fact it was crispy and airy. I'll order again soon!

I ordered the thai basil burger and i have to say it was really good. i was not expecting the fusion of a burger and thai food to actually be that good, it was more of an experimental order. However, surprisingly i really enjoyed it and i am definitely ordering more food that looks like an interesting combination of french and thai food.

The delivery person went to the wrong building and called incessantly telling me he was in the lobby. He was not. He hardly spoke english and was not at all friendly. Not worth the hassle of having it delivered.

Amazing Pad Thai, Can't get better than this. This was the first time I tried this place. It had completely different taste than other restaurants, much better. Delivered in about 20 mins.

the food is delicious! the crab and mango summer roll is a little piece of heaven and the dumplings are superbe! you can't beat the lunch special but i would stick to delivery as the service is not so much.

As a foodie I think this place has great food for the price. The flavors are great, service is good and the homemade donuts are soooooo tasty if you have a sweet tooth like me. I like to pop in when I'm nearby but order when I do takeout since I saw their cleanliness rating was exceedingly better than anything else in my area (Hell's Kitchen). For me the thought of a subpar cleanliness rating kills my appetite so this makes me lean towards them every time I'm craving Asian!

Bag was soaking wet and falling apart, soup was missing, chicken was dry, and sticky rice so inedible I had to throw away. So I basically did not eat lunch.

Service was quick, food was HORRIBLE. I ordered the fried pineapple rice with chicken. The chicken was SO dry, and the rice did not come with pineapple! What kind of Pineapple fried rice comes with no pineapple?! The veggies in it were also not fresh. My salad was not fresh either - the leaves were browning. Terrible... I will never be ordering from here again.

I ordered the Red Curry Entree for lunch, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice! The delivery time stated was between 30 and 45 minutes, and they were right on time, arriving a little over a half hour after I placed my order! As for my lunch, it was just spicy enough, (without causing my mouth to wish for help) and SUPER flavorful!!! I will absolutely be ordering from Breeze Thai again!
